This update adds omega-3 and fatty-acid tracking. New markers: EPA, DHA, DPA, arachidonic acid, linoleic acid, your total omega-3 and omega-6, the omega balance (AA:EPA ratio), and trans fat. Context, not a verdict: these markers show a typical range with plain-language explanations and cited science, so you can see where you stand without a pass-or-fail label.

Many biomarkers have multiple valid reference ranges — based on different clinical studies, regional guidelines, or population characteristics. You can now browse all available reference ranges for any biomarker, see exactly where each one comes from, and choose the one that fits you best.

New Features - We have added Lifestyle Journal where you can log all changes in your lifestyle and then track how they affect your biomarker values. New medications, new sports routine, or sleeping schedule can all impact your values. After adding an entry into the Journal, you will also see it plotted in all of your biomarker graphs and so can observe if any of your biomarkers have possibly been affected by the journal entries and should be discussed with your doctor. - You can now delete your account right after Onboarding flow, if you decide that the app is not for you and you don't wish to proceed further. This deletion also removes all of your account data from our servers. Updates - Minor graphical updates have been applied to the Notifications page.

Bug Fixes - The first time Apple Health is connected, the app shows in-app information screen about how the integration works before forwarding the user to Apple Health. This info screen has previously not been shown in some cases. - The Apple Health integration is now based fully on Clinical Records sharing only. The HealthKit integration of continuous Glucose values is no longer shown, as it has no relevance to lab-measured biomarkers.

Only supported biomarkers are imported, no other sensitive health data is accessed or processed. Syncing happens only when you choose, with no background activity. Once imported, your results are standardized across different labs, units, and countries, so you can track and compare biomarker trends over time in one place. - PDF Export - Export individual test results or your full test history as a clean, branded PDF. Share it with your doctor or specialist ahead of your next consultation.
