Rating: ⭐️ (1 out of 5)The current app is complex and very counterintuitive to use. It lacks smooth transitions and a logical order for placing orders efficiently.Key pain points: Visual clutter: Remove that giant logo and make the promotional banners smaller; they take up too much useful screen space and slow down the main menu. Redundant store selection: Being forced to reselect the restaurant location every single time you order is annoying and a waste of time. Inefficient timing: The overall ordering process is slow, and the assigned time windows are far too broad. The only redeeming feature is Apple Pay support. Currently, it is only being used because of a lack of better alternatives, but the overall experience is frustrating. The developers urgently need to go back to a basic, clean, and functional model where speed is the priority.

I used the meson pick up app but since few days ago the app dont work, so i decided to uses this app, the problem is the principal app have some features limited like put the order grilled or “bien tostado” you need to update the app.

That would be awesome to add a section for comments for more specification in the order. Thanks!!

It used to be my go to app for breakfast on the go. A few months ago it just doesn’t work. It crashes. Can’t even look at the menu. Trash app.
