Throughout my career, I have always found it challenging to keep track of my progress and how I feel at work. While I can check in mentally with myself from time to time and feel that I am on the right track based on performance review feedback, I have often felt a bit disorganized. Lots of app promise to use AI, but don’t provide value that couldn’t be accessed through chatGPT or Claude. Not the case with Career Compass. Fine tuned to provide actionable customizable support. I love it!
