We’ve been busy the last few months bringing some big improvements to Classmate Playdate: things many parents have wanted. • Birthday Invites: You can now send birthday party invites to any family on the app. No more guessing how to reach the parents in your child’s class. • Full School Community View: It’s now simple to browse all the children in your school by class year. You can connect with their parents for playdate matching whenever you want. • New “Whole School List” in Settings: It’s like a directory to see your entire school in one place, either grouped by class or in a full alphabetical list. • Block List (now visible): You can now see and manage anyone you’ve blocked right off the Settings screen. We hope these updates make school community life easier. And playdates a lot more fun.

•⁠ ⁠Moved the request for access to Contacts to the chat screen, where it’s actually needed, instead of at installation. •⁠ ⁠Added success messages when creating or updating a kid, so you always know what’s happening.

• Registration is now smoother with phone number formatting for your country. • Fixed a small bug on the Time Matching page. • You can now invite friends with a code—friends can connect across schools and match free time too. • Even if their school isn’t active yet, invited friends can still get started with limited features. • A new To Do icon gives parents a gentle nudge to activate their school.

You’ll need an activation code to keep things safe and secure. • Some buttons got a lighter, outlined look for a more consistent appearance.
