The app is extremely unstable and hard to use to order groceries. Perhaps the provider (Tigo) is responsible by providing unstable internet connectivity. In spite of that other apps function well by Rey fails repeatedly. The search engine for locating items must be used in Spanish and in the exact words as the package label. Not at all intuitive. While shopping the app "goes down" and reverts to the home page or google over and over. Sometimes it clears your cart. It adds items not in stock so later the children employed by Rey to fill online orders text youitem by item that they cannot find. Then you need to engage in a convo for replacements they might have. Maybe - if the child has the stamina and the knowledge of groceries to accomplish that. Finally after an hour or more of trying to make it work you wait to see when they will show up because the delivey windows listed do not coordinate with staffing as they do for some stores. It is a very work intensive old school app that needs to move into the 21st century. The checkout system though is superior to all other apps I have used in PC. Good job on that! Please update the app. Tie it to computerized inventory captured at store checkout - and stabilize it for a glitchy 5G system this country is famous for. thanks.
