This update focuses on making background health syncing more reliable, plus several bug fixes:
• Health and activity data now syncs more reliably in the background, with faster recovery if your session needs to refresh
• Fixed a rare crash that could occur during large health data syncs
• Fixed the check-in recommendations screen sometimes showing a blank or stuck loading state
• Fixed custom trackers silently failing to save when a field was left blank — you'll now see a clear message
• Added Minutes and Hours as unit options for custom trackers
• Fixed the back button on the first step of Daily Check-In showing a blank screen
• Fixed tapping a suggested chat message not opening the chat as expected
• Added "diarrhea" to the check-in symptom list
• Various stability and performance improvements
