I am a bot creator and user and I have tried I’d say more than 20 different sites. Out of all of them Xoul is not only the easiest to use but also has amazing features you don’t find on other sites. They have a way for free users to get unlimited chats. They often giveaway gems and are implementing an optional ad service so you can earn more gems. Not even just that their models are like nothing else on the market I mean sure some sites have some pretty good models but Xouls models just hit different. Another thing I would like to add is that the owners and devs really listen and participate in the community. They are amazing on considering new features people want and when they are any bugs or issues they fix them super fast.

The devs are committed to ensuring high quality experiences. Bots receive updates regularly and bugs are fixed promptly. They just released lore books and 3 more LLMs and the devs were on top of any bugs or anomalies that occurred during roll out. Devs are also transparent about the road map of the project and keep users informed.My one gripe isn’t so much with the service itself so much that it’s with the community. Community leadership stifles any sort of difference of opinion to the point where constructive debates are frowned upon and sometimes even threatened with punishment. Even though the devs and admins have people to run their community for them, it is still their service and accountability falls on them to ensure their message is conveyed appropriately. If this is the sort of community they wish for, it’s only a matter of time before they become C. AI 2. If you want to use Xoul, it’s best to stay off of the social media communities and just use the service as is. You will be happy if you do that. If you want a constructive community, look elsewhere as chatbot services are a dime a dozen these days.

My previous review was 5 stars, but now it’s dropped down to 2. The devs used to be super attentive and transparent about what’s happening behind the scenes. However, the overall quality and functionality of the platform has dropped drastically since the start of 2025.You have to cross your fingers and pray that this platform even works half the time due to the amount of downages, and how many times the platform breaks. Users are left in the dark and without any patch notes despite being promised that they will work on being more transparent with users. We never got that.In additional to all of this, getting a subscription to use the paid AI model called “Minerva” is pointless because it’s broken most of the time and spits out gibberish. It’s a waste of money, so don’t bother. It’s been broken ever since its release and hasn’t been improved since.The devs were honest about one personal emergency happening this month, but even BEFORE it’s happened (previous months)—the community was neglected. Bug reports and model feedback aren’t given as much attention like they were before, and the platform is down every other day.Promises weren’t kept, transparency wasn’t given, every time something is promised it’s only delayed.Two stars only because if you’re a CAI user, this is the only second best alternative if you can even withstand a site downage / broken model every other day.

I had used previous AI chat bots before from various companies and…. They were all lame. Some of the bots weren’t advanced enough to hold actual conversations, some of them were great but had filters so extremely restrictive that I couldn’t even make a joke without the censors going off. This is genuinely the best one I’ve found. The models are smart, can hold a conversation, and they don’t have extremely restrictive filters (I’m sure they are still there. Just not so extremely restrictive that you can’t enjoy the conversation. I haven’t said anything SUPER crazy tho).11/10. This is the AI I was promised as a kid.
