【Couple2 Automatic Subscription Service Description】
1. Payment: The payment will be deducted through the user's iTunes account, and the user will be charged upon confirming the purchase.
2. Renewal: The Apple iTunes account will be charged 24 hours before the expiration date, and upon successful payment, the subscription period will be extended by one subscription cycle.
3. Canceling a Reservation: To cancel a reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before the current billing period. How to do it: Go to the Home page, enter [Settings] -> click [iTunes Store and App Store] -> click [Apple ID], select [View Apple ID] -> [Account Settings] -> click [Subscriptions], and select to cancel the monthly VIP subscription.

This app is actually awesome and made our long distance relationship sooo easy. I love the living room where you can have a picture of each other on the wall. Plus it was just something cool for me and my gf to do sometimes.
FAILING TO FULLY COMPENSATE

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience collaborating with this app. I entered the partnership in good faith, completed all the agreed deliverables, and upheld my end of the collaboration professionally and on time. Unfortunately, the same professionalism was not returned.Despite clear expectations regarding payment, I was only paid half of what was agreed upon, with no proper explanation, resolution, or accountability afterward. Attempts to follow up were either ignored or met with vague responses, which is unacceptable in any professional business relationship especially for creators who rely on timely and fair compensation for their work.Collaborations should be built on trust, transparency, and respect. Failing to fully compensate creators after benefiting from their work reflects poorly on the company and shows a lack of integrity. This experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and honestly disappointing.I hope the team takes accountability, improves their internal processes, and treats future collaborators with the fairness and respect they deserve. I would strongly advise other creators to be cautious, get everything in writing, and think twice before entering a collaboration with this app.Professionalism isn’t just about outreach it’s about honoring agreements.
Love this app BUT wish it had more rooms

The app is really cool especially for long distance couples. Also love how we can decorate the place and take care of a pet BUT I wish it had more rooms. Would love to see it expand and have access to a bathroom, bedroom, porch, kitchen, laundry room, etc. It would also be cool if we can choose the type of home like a house, apartment, condo, etc. and thus have the choice of having a back yard or porch.

Great app, just wish i didn’t get a useless notification about wifi or phone use literally every like 5 minutes. Its even more useless because you need the vip version to even see what the notification says, so i just get useless notifications that do literally nothing like every 10 minutes, its VERY VERY annoying
