So a little bit of backstory, I am married for 20 years and I decided to try this app to better flirt with my wife and generate small talk and open up conversations. First off this app charges you not only a monthly price but also a token based usage, which wasn’t clear to begin with nor is it clear what each feature costs per use The app is advertise to help you flirt and use AI to help you, but it kept generating the same opening comments no matter what I used. You’d have better luck googling and using Apple Intelligence.

It has been 3 months since I emailed their support team to cancel any subscription because I don’t use it but despite their confirmation email that my subscription is canceled, I am being charged every month and It made me to a point that I have to take legal action.

I haven’t used the app in a year.. had to cancel 2 cards so far.. they have your info and will keep hitting your new credit card randomly a year after you closed your account

Having to replace two credit cards because recurring charges keep following you to your new card numbers is a complete nightmare, and we are deeply sorry for the immense frustration this has caused you.When banks issue a new card, they sometimes automatically transfer recurring subscriptions over from the old card number through network update programs. However, if your account was closed a year ago, you should not be getting charged at all.We want to track down the exact profile causing this and ensure all future charges are completely terminated on our end.
