What's new in 1.0.12 • Gardening in a warm, no-frost climate? The planner now knows your safe planting seasons. They're shown right on the plant timeline, overlapping seasons included, and you'll get a heads-up if a harvest won't finish in time. • In areas with frost, the timeline shows your frost-free season and lets you know when a date falls outside it. • Plants that can't be grown in your area are now clearly marked. • New filters in My Plants and the Plant Library: Fits my climate, Container friendly, Plant this season, Plant for next season, plus filters by plant status. • Plant varieties are grouped into collapsible sections, so long lists are easier to scan. • Marked a task done for one plant? We'll offer to complete the same task for your other plants too. • Starting late in the season? You can now note plants you've already transplanted. • Creating a garden is clearer: if something's missing, you'll see what to fix right under the field. • New tutorial videos for adding plants and for My Plants. Planning your beds just got a lot more flexible. • Plants now fill your beds the way a gardener would, so more of them fit where there's room. • Set the exact number of plants yourself, with a + and − stepper. The buttons change color as a bed gets crowded, and you'll get a heads-up when it's too full. • Rows no longer disappear when you move or resize a planting area. • Your layout stays exactly as you arranged it after saving, on every bed type. • Square plantings no longer show row direction buttons they don't need. • No ZIP code? Your season now shows from the frost dates you entered. • More plants in My Plants now show their photo. • New Offline & storage settings: download your tasks, plants and garden to use without a connection, and clear cached data to free up space. • Returning users no longer go through the setup quiz again after signing back in, and video guides you've already watched won't pop up again.

Finding the right plant just got easier. • Plant Library is now organized by plant type and variety, so you can browse instead of scroll. • Adding a plant from a garden bed takes you straight to that plant's varieties, no more starting over from the full library. • The Blog tab now shows a badge when a new article is published, so you never miss one. • Links on Blog, About, Privacy Policy and Contact us now open on a normal tap, screen titles match the page you are on, and Back returns where you expect. • Creating a garden now checks your entries before submitting, with clear messages and a proper ZIP code format. • Password rules are shown up front, and error messages no longer repeat themselves. • Your name from Sign in with Apple stays put between sessions.

- Free week and subscription Every gardener gets seven full days of the care plan: all tasks, all plants, the whole app. From day eight the plan ahead needs a subscription. Everything you have already been through stays open. Creating your own custom plant is a subscriber feature from the first day. - Growth stages Setting a plant's state is now a lifecycle wheel: sowing, germination, seedling, vegetative, flowering, fruiting, ripening. Pick where the plant is and the app works the dates out backwards, including the timeline chart on the plant card. Crops planted for winter are scheduled from your first frost date. - Planner Plants are placed by their real spacing with sensible size defaults, density is tuned to how a gardener actually fills a bed, and a saved bed reopens exactly as you left it. The varieties panel shows which plant type you are browsing. Task cards drag by the grabber and link straight to the full week. - Units Settings > Units switches measurements (imperial or metric) and temperature (°F or °C). Plant cards, planner, bed dimensions and the weather strip all follow. - Sign-in Google sign-in added alongside Apple and email. Terms and Privacy links now sit on the sign-in and sign-up screens. - Fixes Plant photos come from a single source now, so they load faster and stop going missing. To-do and My Plants lists scroll properly under the tab bar. Growth Phases no longer truncates 3- and 4-digit day numbers. Plant status survives a garden refresh. Plus a batch of layout and typography corrections across plant cards.

What's new in 1.0.6 Garden planner: • Plants now fit the count you ask for. If a bed can't hold them all at full size, the sprites shrink to fit, and round and oval beds count correctly. • Bed labels stay on top and no longer cover the plants. • Care tasks regenerate after you change a planting date or method, and the task badge updates as soon as you finish one. There's also a new "Back to planned" button. • Sowing dates now respect each plant's status, and the "Add plants" tile always comes first. • Manual plant-count edits stay on their own bed, and we fixed cases where scrolling or dragging could get stuck. • The planner is smoother and more stable overall.
