I was very pleased with another confession app but it was discontinued. This app is by far the best replacement I’ve found. I would like a place to make notes for my personal examinations of conscience. Also Some people also use The Examen of Consciousness by St. Ignatius of Loyola as a basis of examination. Some use the Seven Deadly Sins and their daughters. Regardless, this is a solid, well thought out app. Good job.
Very thoughtful and concise App
Mercy's Child
I found this app to be very useful in preparing to receive the Sacrament. I found it to be concise but thorough and touches on all the bases for a good confession - not only in examining one’s conscience but also demonstrating how one should properly present their failing to a priest. A very good app and worthwhile for those desiring to make a good confession.
Concise but Hard to Read
TheTags3
The colors and brightness/contrast levels make everything VERY hard to see and read and it’s not that I am elderly or have vision difficulties. Should consider changing the color scheme/palette. The color scheme that’s displayed on the App Store is NOT what I’m seeing. Mine is black with purple writing… some verbiage does not even show up so I have big sections of nothing 😩
Developer Response
The App Store images come directly from this free app. The design and colors are by choice.Thank you for the feedback
Please disable Dark Mode
Rafael Infante León
When in dark mode, the app's background turns black, yet some text doesn't turn white, it stays black. I really like the app but I don't want to disable dark mode iny phone just for this.
Updated views and modernized objective C code to all views. Reminder view added to setup custom reminders; Weekly, Monthly and Annually, or non-recurring reminders!
