Film recipes for Fujifilm cameras - kept in one place, and sent straight to the camera over a cable.
A recipe is nothing more than a handful of camera settings: a film simulation, a dynamic range, a few tone and colour adjustments, a white balance shift. Dial them in and the picture comes out of the camera finished, with no editing afterwards. The hard part has never been the idea — it is keeping hundreds of them somewhere you can find them, and typing them into the camera one menu at a time.
SEND A RECIPE TO YOUR CAMERA
Connect the camera with a USB cable and write any recipe into one of its custom slots, C1 to C7. Each slot is read first, so you see exactly which recipe is about to be replaced before anything is written — and any setting your camera does not accept is listed afterwards rather than quietly changed to something you did not ask for.
IMPORT WHAT IS ALREADY IN YOUR CAMERA
The cable works both ways. Read the recipes saved in your camera, pick the ones worth keeping, and file them away.
RECIPES, BUILT IN
A catalogue you can browse offline: filter by film simulation, sensor generation or camera body, and copy anything you like into your own collection.
YOUR OWN RECIPES
Create a recipe from scratch, or start from one and change it. Paste a recipe you found anywhere as plain text and the form fills itself in. Photograph one off a screen or a page and it is read from the picture. Attach your own shots to a recipe, so you remember what it actually does.
FOLDERS
Group recipes the way you shoot — portraits, night, travel, one folder per trip — and send an entire folder to the camera in a single pass.
WHAT EACH SETTING DOES
A plain-language guide to every setting a recipe uses, and when it is worth reaching for.
NOTHING IS LOCKED IN
Your whole collection exports to one file, photographs included, and imports back on any device. A backup is taken automatically, and the last change can always be undone.
Also: dark mode, and ten languages — English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, Português, Українська, 日本語, 한국어, 简体中文.
CAMERA COMPATIBILITY
Transfer needs a camera with custom slots and its USB RAW conversion or tether mode, plus an iPhone running iOS 15.2 or later. This feature is experimental and is not supported by Fujifilm; the app explains what that means and asks you to accept it before anything is sent over the cable. Everything else in the app works without a camera attached.
