Subscription?!?!

My daughter purchased several games from this developer and had unlocked all features. After a little time away, she comes back to find that they are all locked again and now she needs a subscription plan to continue to use them. No surprise that the restore button takes you straight to the subscriptions options screen, and the app support button in the app store does NOTHING! Horrible thing to do. No more apps from Blue Bear for this family.

Hey there Webmom, we introduced a new subscription option but existing customers still have access. Any purchases you made should still work, you may just need to use the Restore option. HI Shadow, we're really sorry you feel let down. We looked for the issue you reported before, and everything seemed to work fine in the Oven Scene, so we though the review was out of date. We've looked again now though, and have now found the problem, with the arrow buttons being misplaced. It only seems to happen on certain devices. We'll get an update out right away! If you previously paid for the game, then it should remain fully unlocked and you should not have to subscribe. Can you try pressing the Bluebear Icon in the title screen, and then the restore button, to the left. of the subscribe button. This should unlock the app for you. Contact us at support@bluebear.ie if this doesn't work and we'll get it sorted for you.Thanks Bluebear.
