I’ve had a good experience with Indiamart and I will use it in the future to order from the company I trust the most Selco. My only concern is that when writing a rating/review for other companies within Indiamart, it only allows for a few sentences and I would have really liked to express everything I’ve experienced and with what company as well as the employees of that company that have been wonderful. Other than that, this is a very informative app or site and I’m pretty much always able to meet any of my medication needs and the companies within always answer within a timely manner.

This website is not what they promote it’s full of suppliers that take your money and then don’t send the product When you call customer service they tell you that they are the connection between you and the suppliers, and they have nothing to do with anything … so they don’t care that you’re getting ripped off constantly they don’t care if they are suppliers or distributors are ripping customers off as long as they’re getting their big bucks that’s all they care about …. So they will let a lot of scams suppliers/distributors on their platform and let them just rob you over and over and they will do nothing not one thing I sent over 93 screenshots with the suppliers name contact I sent the invoice I sent of reveiws where they have been doing the same thing to other customers All they would do was to ask me over and for the exact information I had sent them over three times already They have something called a complaint sheet it’s a form you fill out I have filled it out it nine times but when you hit the submit button it will not submit it ……they didn’t do anything about it and you can’t reach them by email or phone …. It’s just a big scram. ….do not download this app. Do not They do nothing but sit back and collect money from crooked snd scamming suppliers They don’t care about the customer

I would like to thank Named for his professionalism in his bussiness. He is very patient, helpful, and very througho in his customer service with me. I have ordered For my husbandand my brother n law who was also diagnosed recently with cancer. I was so impressed with Named’s help in keeping me informed with the tracking of my package, up to the day my packagearrived. That was so helpful and very important concidering I had been receiving untrustworthy messages from (scammers). I am so thankful for Named, I have found a good trustworthy salesman who will walk me through all my purchases in the future. I am most happy and satisfied with Named’s service in helping me find the product I need, and getting it to me, and keeping me updated on the tracking of my package. I have used this site now for two orders and I have used Nikki both times now and can honestly say when sharing this app I also give her name and phone number! If I’m ordering I’m using Nikki on all my orders! She was so very helpful, patient, kind and so caring and I can’t imagine not using her now that I have made the connection with her! Blessings Nikki for being such a beautiful person and so kind, what knowledge and always answering ALL my questions!!! Best customer service EVER with Nikki!!!!
