HR Nexus puts the working day in your pocket. Clock in, book leave, check your payslip and clear approvals without opening a laptop.
CLOCK IN FROM WHERE YOU ARE
Start work, remote work or overtime with a tap. Location is recorded with each check-in, so field and site teams are covered the same way office staff are. Your week's hours are on the home screen, and your shift pattern is a tap away.
LEAVE WITHOUT THE PAPERWORK
Every leave type you are entitled to, with the balance and how much is left. Request time off in a few taps. Line managers approve or decline from the same app, and can name a delegate to stand in while they are away, so nothing stalls because one person is on holiday.
PAYSLIPS YOU CAN ACTUALLY FIND
Your payroll history, month by month: gross, tax, contributions and net. Open any month for the full breakdown and download the payslip as a PDF.
If your employer would rather salary figures were not readable over your shoulder, they can mask them. The numbers stay hidden until you re-enter your own password, and the payslip download keeps working either way.
PURCHASE REQUESTS THAT MOVE
Raise a purchase request with a photo of what you need. Approvers see what is waiting on them, with the full approval chain and every decision recorded, and can approve, reject or return it for correction on the spot.
EVERYTHING ELSE IN ONE PLACE
Your documents and contracts, assigned assets, warning letters, performance reviews and company announcements — all available on the phone.
BUILT FOR YOUR COMPANY
Your employer switches on only the modules they use, so you see your company's setup and nothing else. Available in English, Albanian and German.
HR Nexus requires an account created by your employer. Ask your HR team if you do not have one yet.
