very disappointed in this app, it is difficult to navigate and freezes up frequently. I have never been able to submit any requests or find up to date information when I use it.

Dull Game
When it doesn't crash, the graphics appear larger than my iPad screen and it resists any attempt to pinch it to size.I tried creating an account, but it never accepted the information I submitted.Nice idea, poor execution.

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included. Fixed iOS notification badge.
