Shared calendar, tasks & lists
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad
Snap the weekly plan from school, and the events are added. Sports, school and work in one calendar – and the kids earn stars for chores. Try it free for 7 days.
Family Calendar keeps the whole family's plans, chores, dinners and shopping in one calm, simple app – for everyone, including the kids and the dog.
YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE • Today shows what's happening, who drives, what to bring, who cooks and the weather • A morning briefing with the day's plans – and a look at tomorrow in the evening, if you like • Countdowns, birthdays and holidays, so nothing sneaks up on you
ONE SHARED CALENDAR • Week and month views with a colour for every person • The weather on every day and at every event • Places on a map, with directions • Invite each other and see who's coming • Say who drops off and who picks up • Repeating events, reminders and clash warnings
LESS TYPING • Magic import: snap a school letter, a week plan or an invitation, and the events are added for you • Share a PDF, a screenshot or a message straight to the app • Save recipes from a link or a photo
CALENDARS IN AND OUT • Bring in work, school and Spond calendars from your iPhone – on the right person, or only as busy • Show the family's plans in Apple Calendar – and with it in CarPlay, on your watch and in your car • Share a link with grandparents or a babysitter
TRAIN TOGETHER • Workouts from Apple Health – from Apple Watch, iPhone and other fitness apps – show up by themselves • A family leaderboard with streaks, and cheers for each other • Time, distance, energy and heart rate in the calendar – only the name of the area, never your route • Only if you turn it on
CHORES AND STARS • Chores that take turns, and daily check-ins like "Dog fed" • Children earn stars and save up for rewards they choose
DINNER AND SHOPPING • Plan the week's dinners and see who's home • Recipes fill the shopping list in one tap • A shopping list that sorts itself by aisle, learns your shop and suggests the usuals • See when someone is at the shop, and add what you need
FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY • Children, pets and grandparents without a phone can still have plans, chores and a wishlist • Two homes: handovers and schedules for children who live with both parents • The family book: contacts, Wi-Fi, clothing sizes and documents that expire • Wishlists where the family can claim gifts in secret • Connect ChatGPT, Claude or Grok – ask about the family's plans, or let them add things for you • Widgets, Siri, Apple Watch and an iPad wall display for the kitchen • Sign in with Apple – no new password to remember • In English and Norwegian
Try Family Calendar free for 7 days. After that, choose a monthly or yearly subscription. With Family Sharing, one subscription covers up to six family members.
