LexMeeting tillåter även att handlingar från hela sammanträden laddas ner till läsplattan så att man kan förbereda sig inför sammanträdet även utan internetuppkoppling. Uppdateringar av sammanträden och dess handlingar sker automatiskt i bakgrunden så fort man öppnar applikationen. Allt du behöver för att komma igång är ett användarnamn, ett lösenord samt er organisations PartnerID. Detta fås av din systemadministratör/systemansvarig.
