"Moca - Monthly Calendar" brings the popular iPhone / iPad calendar app "Moca" to your Mac.
It lives in your menu bar, so your calendar is always just one click (or one keyboard shortcut) away.
If the only view you ever use in Google Calendar is a custom "4 weeks" view, this app is made for you.
The iPhone / iPad version is free, so feel free to give it a try first.
■ Thank you for your reviews
Our development team (well, it's just one person) uses this app every day, so if something isn't working right, we truly want to fix it. Your help is appreciated!
■ Vertical scrolling
Monthly calendars are connected vertically into one continuous view, so you can scroll freely and check your upcoming schedule at a glance.
Since there are no page breaks between months, you can see next month's events just as easily — even at the end of the month.
■ Made for month-view people
Moca is designed for people who mostly use the monthly view in their calendar app.
Rather than showing every detail of each event, it focuses on letting you scan several weeks ahead at a glance.
■ Works with iCloud Calendar
Moca reads calendar data from the accounts configured in macOS.
Google Calendar and Apple's iCloud Calendar work as-is — no complicated in-app setup required.
* Configure accounts in System Settings > Internet Accounts.
■ Quick event entry
Type natural sentences like "Meeting 10am-12pm" or "Dentist tomorrow at 3pm", and Moca automatically parses the date and time to create the event — the fastest way to add plans.
■ Minimal, essential customization
- First day of the week
- Font size and number of events shown
- Rokuyou (Japanese traditional calendar) display
- Holiday settings (US / Japan)
- Launch with a keyboard shortcut
- Show/hide the menu bar icon and Dock icon
■ Also supported
- Dark mode
- Full screen
- Notifications
- Event search
- Move events via drag & drop (hold Option to copy)
- Keyboard navigation (j / k for weeks, Space for months)
- Native support for Apple Silicon
* Reminders are not supported. *

Simple But I Like It
Kmcspecial
i searched for a calendar app that would be easy to learn and use. Most looked and seemed too complex. I suffer from TBI and needed a calendar that gives a clearer view than yahoo and google which I have tried. The look of the Moca Calendar is less confusing and congested than most of the other calendar apps. I especially like the continuous scroll, full monthly view and the duplicate feature. After using for about 7 months I finally added it to my Ipad and Mac. It works great for me. Yes, a few other features such as a print view and a way to list events into an annual view calendar would be great for me, but I like the simplicity and will stick with this calendar as it serves most of my needs and keeps me on track. Thanks for a good app!
Doesn’t Sync with Reminders
Jeff**H
I use this app on the iPad and iPhone because it does a better job of showing a full month than the native IOS apps. It also shows upcoming items I have in Reminders. The OS calendar included with the Mac does do a good job showing a full month, but it doesn’t sync with Reminders. I purchased this app for my Mac because I assumed (silly me) that it would also sync Reminders. But it doesn’t. I will continue to use the regular Mac calendar. $4.99 down the drain. If the developer adds a sync with Reminders, then I would rate it higher and use it.
Absolutely Worthless

I was looking for a way to make a monthly events calendar that could be printed. This was a total waste of my money...juvenile to say the least.
