This app records way too many videos. A two hour drive will use up almost the entire storage of the app. On top of that, it only lets you delete 10 videos at a time. It will randomly take photos of your drive, and some of those photos will be classified as an “urgent photo”, even though nothing important happened. It also does not let you delete the urgent photos, only download. I wish changes would be made because it’s very annoying.

One thing I will say is I value privacy if data wasn’t linked to me, I would be more comfortable and appreciative and make it accessible from distance too that will be cool. Except this I don’t know what’s wrong with some of these reviews, because my experience has been the complete opposite. I’ve been looking for a dash cam like this for a long time, and the negative comments feel unfair and honestly misleading. The app is clean and well-organized, the camera quality is excellent, it’s small in size, the setup is simple, the videos are downloadable and every feature works exactly the way it’s described. I honestly don’t know what more you could ask for in a dash camera. Thank you for making this — I genuinely love it. If you drive for work, do yourself a favor and get this camera. You’ll thank me later.

I want to start off by saying I’ve never written a review in my life but this was genuinely a horrible experience.I bought the Redtiger F17 Elite and could not get it to connect to the app at all. The camera turns on and broadcasts Wi-Fi, but the app fails every time with “Connection failure – Missing vendor” and just sends you back to iPhone permission settings.I tried multiple iPhones (iPhone 12 and iPhone 14), reset the camera, reinstalled the app, airplane mode, and followed every setup step exactly. Nothing worked. This is not a user error or a permission issue — the Wi-Fi handshake on the unit or firmware is broken.The camera may still record, but without app access you can’t view footage, change settings, or update firmware, which defeats the purpose of a “smart” dash cam.Very disappointing experience.

The WiFi shows up. I turned Bluetooth off. I accepted location I accepted local network. It doesn't work.Update a week later: I reinstalled the app a few times. Instead of logging in with any options,, Facebook,apple, anything. Click. Create account and do it the old fashioned way with an email. Flawless. Connected to WiFi. Connected to cam and I'm in. It seems if u try to do it the other way it won't properly register ur account
