Thank you for using Mugen Transcribe. In this version, we added an in-app notice about an upcoming change to normal transcription on the free plan, scheduled for June 1, 2026. Until now, we have offered unlimited normal transcription time even on the free plan. However, the external AI service used for normal transcription is expected to become significantly more expensive from June 2026. To keep the service sustainable and continue providing it reliably, normal transcription on the free plan will be limited to 3 uses per month starting June 1, 2026. Premium users are not affected by this change. Normal transcription will remain unlimited on the Premium plan. Retry and real-time transcription conditions will also remain unchanged. Because this is an important change, we have added clearer in-app communication so users can understand what is changing and why. We appreciate your understanding as we continue improving and maintaining Mugen Transcribe.
