Black Lotus Yoga is a new form of vinyasa yoga, based on traditional principles but recast for late times. This potent practice uses breath, gaze, posture, and movement to bring the body alive.
The Black Lotus App holds the complete curriculum: six core sequences, with three variations of each, arranged in ascending order of difficulty (white, gray, black), the foundations sequence for beginners, and the restorative/prenatal sequence for gentler days.
In addition, the app holds a massive library of classes (ashtanga, vinyasa, yoga nidra) as well as specialized courses, workshops, and talks on mythology, philosophy, and related yoga themes.
