I love this all there’s no payments u need to pay I mean if u want to take a picture for the food calories then u have to but u can just type the foods for free

It mentions tracking your symptoms after shots but will not allow you to choose more than 1. You cannot find recipes without scrolling through five at a time. The water tracker amount button lags significantly and will not allow more than 10 oz of water at a time. It does not let you customize calories based on goals. You can add meals two ways but will guess based on time of day unless you note otherwise (breakfast lunch dinner snack). Which feels pointless if you can’t tell me when I should be eating the meals and why it would affect my GLP-1. It’s very simple and overtime I fear will not be “tracking” information so I can see patterns. There are other trackers out there better at assisting in real calorie counting, hydration and effects my GLP-1 is having.

I wish I wouldn’t have fallen for the lower price deal. I didn’t realize I was going to lose the free trial, now I’m stuck with a year subscription. My calories are also WAY too low for the accelerated mode, I’ve gone over my calories every day and yet I’ve already hit my “3lbs” weekly weight loss in less than half the week. Seems like a pretty unhealthy app to follow.

There are absolutely no reaturaunts that you can search and add pre saved food from. I can’t even find my protein yogurt in this thing. My calories are also WAY too low for the accelerated mode, I’ve gone over my calories every day and yet I’ve already hit my “3lbs” weekly weight loss in less than half the week. Starting my GLP-1 journey, I was excited about using this app to guide my progress/journey. However, when getting to the section to add my weight. I was shocked to see that the highest weight that could be selected was 330 lbs. For someone starting this at a heavier weight, seeing that could be very discouraging especially for someone that is taking the steps to get healthier. I went ahead, deleted the app and found a different one to use that didn’t limit the starting weight entry.
