In the prior version of the app I could have it open, go to the day I wanted to schedule a class and when the window to schedule was open simply click on the name of the class (rathe than relying on the reserve option changing colors) to start the process. The next screen would let me sign up and click my name and/or my wife’s name and enter.The new version only allow you to reserve a class by clicking the “book” button and that only gets activated if you have closed the app and reopened it after the time that registration is activated. In the past I could do everything while on a spin bike on a few seconds. The new app takes longer requires closing and opening the app, located the day and time of the class and hoping that there all still spots available. Some members apps are theold version which gives them an advantage in popular classes until they are forced to use the new version. Overall it’s a terrible update that should be fixed ASAP !!!!

App opens so slow! Registration begins sometimes a few seconds after it opens & then you can’t get in! Registration should be open so you’re waiting! I don’t want to wait for app! I get my spouses class notifications. Don’t want them! I could go on, but why bother?!?!
