This application has been developed for Interventional Cardiologists involved in CTO interventions ONLY to help cross CTO segments successfully and enter the distal true lumen at the distal cap or distal vessel landing zone using one’s bearings in 3D space.

Specific Calculation Algorithm : We consider eight conceptual locations of wire shaft and wire tip directions in subintimal plane at distal cap “in the 3D space” . Given ahead are the locations and directions of wire shaft and tip, respectively, in 2 orthogonal views and the derived true shaft locations and tip directions in the 3D space .
