Helps keep me from doom scrolling when it works. I purchased the premium subscription so I can pause screen time and use it when I need/want. Unfortunate it frequently errors and won’t pause. To fix it I have to delete the entire program and redownload it. No app support either. When it works it’s exactly what I’m looking for.

Please note I am really mad and sad about how this app is and take with a grain of salt that this is “constructive feedback”. This was one of my favorite apps and I was hospitalized and had to redownload it. But now it is stuck on a paywall where when I try to use the free version, it seems not to exist. The real difference why I chose this over free app blockers is not because of the “oh I run and get minutes off my own phone “ which is an okay concept but I liked it because it was free. And the kicker is in your description it says it’s free with paid premium, but when I try to find the free version it doesn’t exist. Please make a free version and thank you. This is like one of my first one star review as well. And how can google be free but not this?

This app does exactly what it claims to do! I’ve found that either (1) I’m encouraged to exercise more or (2) the screen-time lock deters me from using distracting apps - either way it’s a win. However, the timer and lock have seemed to glitch sometimes.Additionally, I think it would be great to add a scheduling feature, like having the ability to enforce the screen-time lock only during a certain time window (i.e. lock Netflix after 5pm to force me to work out before watching TV after work or lock Insta after midnight to force me to go to sleep and then workout first thing in the morning)

I installed this app and I didn’t like it when I delete it it missed up my screen time now it only shows the website not the app activity so I don’t recommend this app it’s waste of time
