more Giving this 5 stars bc it literally has so much potential and I am a fan of Julia’s work. I would love to use this for my content creation and would like to let her know my suggestions!!! 1.) Need to be able to go to an already passed day on the “tasks” and check off things. Right now it says (past date) and is greyed out. 2.) need to be able to add more than just one content post per day to the planner. Perhaps create a “done” button after inputting your info so that u can obvi move onto the next one. 3.) describe/give suggestions for the pillars 4.) optional notifications reminders to post!I believe in you Julia! Keep it up!

10/10. i’m an avid planner and need to have everything mapped out and this organizes it within a central point. i manage content for companies as well as my person account. perfect for planning. i will say this is a perfect planner for organizing thoughts, ideas, and strategies. i still use another app to schedule the post or i post manually. My only note: would love to see a shot list addition here!!

Tbh; the efficiency and effectiveness of the apps features are top tier. The only thing I suggest is for a desktop version of the app that connects to the mobile version. I do more of my content planning + creation on my Mac for the bigger screen. Otherwise: Workhorse is everything you need to plan your most successful outcomes.

An option to have a free trial would have prevented me from leaving this review, but since I paid for my hard-earned money for the app, I feel compelled to share that I canceled my subscription after less than a day. AI seems inferior to anything I can already do in other AI tools I use... The planner itself is just a pretty branded calendar template. I can use Notion for free and do everything that this app does there, and more, free of charge. Personally, I wanted to support the creator but did not find any substantial value in this product.

- Your pinned content pillars now stay put. Going back to change your topics no longer clears the pillars you pinned or your earlier suggestions, and regenerating only refreshes the unpinned ones, so it uses fewer of your monthly credits.
- Fixed the batching schedule editor: you can drag tasks to different days again instead of only being able to delete them.

Carousel posts now have their own planner!
Add slides one at a time, write a short note on each one, and drag them into the order you want. An optional "Formula" guide can label each slide's role if you want the structure.

Bug fixes:
- Planning your daily content no longer creates duplicate copies of the same idea on the same day. When you assign an idea to a day and then open or edit it, it stays as one post. Before this fix, editing could quietly multiply it. If any duplicates appeared for you before this update, you can simply delete the extra copies like any other post.
- Moving a planned post to a new day on mobile is more reliable now. Previously, moving a post that was cross-posted to multiple platforms could leave a copy behind on the original date instead of moving cleanly. Now the whole post, across every platform it is planned for, moves together to the new date.

Planner ideas now stay in sync more reliably between mobile and web. Ideas, images, and links you add on mobile show up in My Ideas and pillar details on web, and planner setup is more resilient when finishing your first planner.
Subscription settings are simpler now. Manage Subscription opens the official billing management flow, where you can change, restore, or cancel your plan from the right billing provider.
Forgot password is clearer now. Workhorse gives gentler guidance after you request a reset, including what to do if you usually sign in with Google or Apple, while keeping the main screen focused so it does not feel overwhelming.

Cross-posted content also stays grouped more consistently, keeping one post with its platform chips instead of splitting into duplicate cards.

Editing posts on mobile is more reliable now. Your latest changes to content ideas, scripts, and captions are saved when you go back, so your work does not disappear.
