New Game and New Game+ preserve existing saves. • Expanded controller support, including compatible PS4 (DualShock 4), PS5 (DualSense) and Bluetooth Xbox One controllers. • Improved in-game menu and controller navigation, shop interactions and 4:3 layouts. • Fixes for saving, Waves Continue, inventory icons, menu music and combat/death audio, plus other quality-of-life improvements. • Audio loading updated across the game: short sounds preload before playback; longer tracks stream. Improved combat/death audio and visual-effect preparation. • Fixed Continue reopening, overlapping menus, controller focus and pause-menu Back. Restored Notes paper sounds and consistent Options, Back and new/load confirmation cues. • Waves now stays covered during preparation, with one fade and camera placement settled before play. Added Break Free upgrades; improved shop selection, grenade purchases and the suitcase medkit display. • Deerhead now respects campaign enemy spawn conditions and possesses only enabled dormant bodies; extra possession flocks remain supported and Shadows are excluded. Awareness requires Rose or the camera to see him: unseen footsteps stay silent and teleport sounds require an on-camera teleport. Improved hiding, presence/combat music and corner ambushes based on observed travel and witnessed hiding habits. Corrected Russian pistol pickup text. • Campaign rolls now finish when inventory opens, then movement and camera stay locked. Stronger Deerhead flesh-impact audio. • Improved Deerhead finale progression, reachable and balanced supplies, grab alignment, and difficulty-scaled roaming knockdowns; shotgun pellets count as one shot for knockdown checks. • Improved melee interruption, Lady Knight sword contact and defensive animation, hit particles/decals, character movement and lighting, curtains, stealth-eye readability and credits transitions. • Updated achievement artwork and the local achievements menu, including offline fallback. • Text in 20 languages: English, French, Japanese, Russian, Spanish (Spain/Latin America), Chinese (Simplified/Traditional), German, Italian, Portuguese (Portugal/Brazil), Korean, Turkish, Arabic, Polish, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese and Dutch. • Campaign possessions follow their original encounter triggers until claimed by Deerhead. Restored Walton’s doll groups, door unlocking for the enemies actually activated, and Deerhead roaming after the introduction. • Fixed Foe Gun ammunition saving, negative counts and reloading when resuming Waves; spent ammunition stays spent. • Improved Lady Knight jump direction and landing effects, death-animation timing, boss-body retention through the next boss round, doll window crossings, shop icons and exterior scenery. Hall barricades stay closed on every difficulty. Fixed idle enemies triggering combat music in the West Wing.

Fixed flying pumpkins when enmies wearing festive props dies. Improved cut-scenes video's bitrate.

Added auto-rotation for left and right movement, along with various Halloween-themed improvements across multiple areas. Pumpkins are now fully dynamic and can be shot to explode into pieces for extra festive fun!

Fixed Halloween themes dates and in-game events. Note: Rose's Halloween skins will activate on October the 31th.

Improved lighting in some areas, fixed localization. Added new preview videos.
