Heel2Toe is a therapeutic wearable that attaches to the side of your shoe and delivers positive auditory feedback each time you make a good step. Heel2Toe automates a physiotherapy gait training strategy: place your heel first when walking. This simple strategy lengthens your stride and changes a stooped, shuffling gait pattern to one that is upright and striding. Walk-BEST (BEtter, Faster, Longer, STronger) with Heel2toe, led by physiotherapy professionals and professors from McGill University in Canada, and University of Exeter in the UK.

Faster, more reliable USB connection — Heel2Toe is mounted as HEEL2TOE (not NO NAME) and appears in the Files app in 15–20 seconds on the first try, no more retry-and-pray (paired with the latest device firmware). The device clock is set from iPhone via the new USB mailbox (CDC workaround). New Walk-BEST scoring and weekly summary based on field data collected since v6.3.
