I have had this app for a few months now, and as someone who enjoys descriptive writing and heavy plots I'v enjoyed this app. The features, especially those in the latest update are awesome for focusing writing sessions and locking in character dynamics/personalities. I have tried quite a few apps and by far this is my favorite! I do wish there however was some sort of monthly unlimited plan. The pay as you go is a good option if you aren't using the more more expensive models, or spend less time writing. I at times have to correct the AI responses for continuity or the AI will rehash my own post which can feel like a waste of credits.

Seems like no matter how clear I am about how the prompts should go and what I want to happen. The AI absolutely refuses to listen to me consistently. It basically just does its own thing.. I’ll tell it to write a story about a dog eating a bowl of dog food and then going outside and it’ll sit there and circle around eating the dog food perpetually, and just not take the dog outside for example even when I. It’ll just circle around it. I’ll say OK can we move onto the next thing and it’ll just consistently stay in the same spot repeating the same lines over ways. It’s honestly so frustrating and annoying. Really really tried to make it work, I love that it’s uncensored, but honestly, ChatGPT and Claude are way more functional than this piece of trash AI. Fix your bugs.And when I told it how it was refusing to listen to my prompts and that it was irritating me, it quite literally insulted me telling me “maybe you should write a nicer prompt then”. That’s wild dude.

This app is wonderful and the product is exactly what it’s advertised as. 100% recommend. To the creators, the full-story generation took indicated by an open book icon in the top right needs to be improved. It would be nice to be able to continue generating instead of starting all over when I add more to the role play. Also, the generation tool does not save well! I keep trying to generate a rather long narrative roleplay, but it either goes blank and stops working or restarts independently at random points, with no way to recover the work. I have now spent hours just trying to generate a single story.EDIT: from 5 stars to 1. new update is AWFUL. All of my previous chats disappeared and I can no longer create characters. Instead, I type a little blurb and the program generates the character for me.Most importantly, however, they appear to have turned this into some sort of game? There’s hearts that you have to earn from the character? Update note says “evolve from strangers to confidants.” What if I want characters that are already confidants?? What happened to the full creative control I had? I loved this app because I was able to create freely. That’s gone, and so am I.

I love this app, specifically that it lets you write anything! It’s fun and easy to use and the credits last a while. My two complaints are than one; every so often it crashes but it usually doesn’t last long and will refresh. But my second and biggest annoyance is that it’s not great at continuity. A lot of times the chat will completely forget conversations between characters almost immediately after it’s over. It barely holds memories of events that pass unless it’s stuff from the character sheet. Which makes it hard to talk about things that happened a few scenes back.
