All the sudden I can’t get anything to transcribe. There is nothing to help me with a fix.

Battery drain is a real problem. But the worse problem for me is files will not transcribe and there is nothing to help fix this issue. I can’t simply delete the app and reinstall. iPhone will not allow it.

I reached out to Atto Digital with some basic questions about their product, hoping for a clear and professional response. Instead, I got one of the worst replies I’ve ever received from a company—vague, dismissive, and completely useless.Rather than providing actual answers, they regurgitated what was already in the description (which I obviously read) and dodged my direct comparison question with an excuse about “ethics.” Let’s be real—if making a knockoff of a competing product was ethical enough for them, then explaining how their product stacks up shouldn’t be an issue. It’s clear they didn’t want to answer because their product doesn’t hold up.After digging deeper, I found that I’m not alone—tons of negative reviews confirm that both this product and its companion app are just as bad as the customer service. At this point, I’ll return it and leave the honest review they deserve.Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this company. Customer service is a reflection of a business, and if this is how they handle simple inquiries, I can only imagine how bad it gets if you actually have a problem.

The unit suggests an update to a newer version. However, the update does not work. It downloads on the phone but does not install on the device. Customer service suggested waiting for an app update. I waited. The app was updated. The device update still does not work. So, I am stuck with an early version that will never update and will be obsolete soon. No customer service help available.
