Simply does not work

The Sortio app simply does not work. The app renders a “An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later” with 100% reproducibility. This error message occurs irrespective of folder chosen for organization and irrespective of model type (i.e., cloud vs. local). I have even manually granted Sortio full disk access, accessibility permissions, and nearly every other permission on macOS I could find. Sortio still fails spectacularity 100% of the time. Disappointing.
Only Run in dock?

The ability to only have this run as an actual application taking up dock space and not the ability to run in just the menu bar to have it run in the background is a large oversight. As someone who is cautious with dock space for my workflow it makes it hard to recommend. Additionally the BYOK available are outdated and attempting to add model ID directly causes errors
Doesn't work. No support

Tried sending support requests through the website for this app, waited a week and there was no response. Tried again, still no response. I can select the folder, select the templated sort instruction, and no matter what folder I choose, "an unexpected error occurred." I followed all instructions on the site. Still nothing.
High Hopes Were Dashed!

Really bummed this didn’t work out for me. The app is too unreliable. Sortio misclassified files and stored them in weird places about 80% of the time or more.
This update improves reliability:
• Watched and smart folders now keep working after you quit and reopen Sortio.
• Fixes to sorting and rules, plus general performance and stability improvements.
