The ADF Transition Guide App is a free Department of Defence app that supports ADF personnel, Defence families, friends and support persons to navigate the transition from service life to a life as a civilian. Developed by the Joint Transition Authority, the app brings together transition resources from across Defence and partner organisations into a convenient pocket guide. It supports users to make informed decisions, identify support networks, plan and prepare for civilian life, whatever their circumstances.
