Coming from an emulator I was fine with the censorship at the end of the day apple is apple however at first I was able to get just a scene before you pick one of the girls now I can’t even load into the game. I have no clue how this is going on for so long, now it could just be my iPhone 11 is getting old sitting at 17.7.2 firmware but I really couldn’t tell you since it used to work before. Would be one star if I haven’t played this game previously sadly the optimization isn’t gentle maniacs strong suit nor is hiring QAs it seems.

I play this no issues on my iPhone 14 pro. Yes it didn’t run well on release and yes apple is terrible at green lighting updates but that’s not on the developer. I don’t understand the reviews giving it 2 to 3 stars just cause it can’t run on your Mac just use your phone! This version is way more bearable than how terrible bluestacks runs this game. I got locked out cause blue stacks always gives me problems running this game and I’ve had to resort to playing this IOS version and ever since they’ve updated it compared to how troublesome it was on release on IOS I have less of a headache and can actually run the game no issues unlike the useless slop that is blue stacks.

Even on the lowest optimization settings the game constantly stutters & will ALWAYS crash during the tutorial boss, regardless of how much free space there is. It took several attempts just to get it through the intro sequence without crashing & overheating my phone.On an IPhone 14 the game will run with little to no stutter for a while but will still frequently crash during random times, when trying to load cutscenes, and especially while loading the result screen as you complete a mission. Which ends up deleting all of your progress as if you’ve never started the mission and will even log you out on occasion.

The game used to crash immediately after logging in, but now it’s fully working! It still crashes after playing for around 10 minutes on my iPhone 12 mini, but the game is quick to boot up again, so it’s fine by me! The frame rate is super smooth if you disable “Use Hair Shadows” in the graphics settings, and lowering your Rendering Resolution to something like Medium or Low helps too.If all the crashes get fixed, I’ll update to 5 stars!
