We made Garage Sale easier and faster to use. This update includes general UI improvements, smoother navigation, and performance upgrades to help you create and manage listings more quickly.

UX Improvements and app App Speedups

• Introducing a first‑run product tour that walks you through camera permissions and a practice “first listing” flow—so posting feels less intimidating on day one. • Onboarding and login screens are clearer and easier to follow, with small interaction improvements that add up. • My Garage (your profile listings) loads and refreshes more reliably, with better handling when you edit or delete items elsewhere in the app. • New loading skeletons make busy screens feel steadier while data is on the way. • Shop search and the main menu got polish and layout tweaks for everyday browsing. • Item pages and iPad layouts received minor fixes for a smoother look on different screen sizes. • Assorted UI cleanup across the app—fewer rough edges, more consistent spacing and typography.

Easier to find your way around The buttons at the bottom of the screen now have clear words under them (like Shop, Sell, Messages, and My garage) so you always know where you’re going. Camera and new listings The “Create new listing” control is back where it feels natural—on the same row as the big photo button—and it no longer gets in the way of the zoom control. It can still sit over your photo strip when needed, and it responds reliably when you tap it. Questions or suggestions? On the main screen there’s a “Questions?” button. Tap it to send us a note if something is confusing, not working, or you have an idea. You can send from the keyboard or the on-screen Send button. Item pages The “look this item up online” control now says what it does in plain language, so it’s obvious it’s for checking prices and details on the web. Editing a listing When you edit an item, Close is now written out instead of only an “X,” so it’s obvious how to leave the screen. Under the hood Smaller fixes and polish to keep things running smoothly.
