I have had a terrible time with Symphony and Wix in general. I had paid someone to make a website for me and it wasn’t that great so I decided to do it myself. It has taken me 3 months to do very simple tasks and I have lost a ton of money and time because of Wix and Symphony. They have admitted by email that there have been bugs and corrupted files that were created when I gave commands to their ai agents. I thought with them being based out of Tel Aviv that their ai would be top of the world but they must just use that for intelligence and sell foreigners the cheap stuff. Not surprising really. I would never recommend for any business owner or anyone at all who wants to create a website to use Wix. You will waste your time and money. I have lost well over $100,000 in a single month to their “bugs” and “corrupted files.” All they have done so far is refunded me a small amount of ai credits and their ai is absolute junk. I hope whoever is reading this will avoid them at all costs.
Jeopardized my business! Deleting

This app jeopardize my business by sending out emails that were unauthorized and unapproved. This app did not abide by style guides, branding, marketing, tone. After thorough set up and instruction, it basically did what it wanted used cheap generic, low quality stock photos that degraded my brand in my company. It was so bad it even introduced itself as a bot while it reached out to new customers. This app has jeopardized my brand’s reputation quality and is not a good forward facing app at all. It did not import any of my products in my Wix catalog, it did not import any images, and when it offered Assistance to make ads through Google Facebook Instagram it provided you with suggestions and then you had to go in and manually do it yourself. I’m disappointed in symphony and I’m also disappointed in Wix for bringing such a horrible product into its customer base!

Even the free version is almost useless. I cant see if this does anything because every task is left undone because the daily credits run out. And without credits I cant even ask Maestro questions… theres no point in investing if I dont know if its any good. And theres no published information on how they debit credits. For all I know the app is taking the credits willie nillie . Without a fee schedule then theres no way for me to organize how my credits are used. The app will literally ask me a question or tell me to take a look at something but wont let me because I’m out of credits! So dumb! Thumbs down… look elsewhere or do these things yourself with the help of the internet.
