F/AI has been rebuilt from scratch — a completely new app in place of the old one. It is faster and smoother: screens open right away, and a workout is saved even with no connection, then syncs by itself once you are back online. Progress is a new screen that shows how things are actually going: your streak of weeks, the workouts and minutes you have put in, a training calendar and the full history, weekly volume, a breakdown by muscle group, your progress on every exercise, and achievements. The AI coach chat has grown up: separate conversations instead of one endless thread, voice input, and photos right in the chat. And the feed no longer drags you down while you are reading a reply. Your account, subscription and training history stay exactly where they were — no need to sign in again after the update.

Change any exercise right in the middle of your workout. If something doesn't fit — the machine is taken, a joint aches, or you simply don't like the movement — tap Replace on the exercise card. You'll get ready-made alternatives for the same muscles, a full catalogue with search and filters by muscle group, equipment and category, or you can just ask the AI coach in chat and pick from what it suggests. Whichever way you choose, the AI sets the new exercise up for you: sets, reps and weight are worked out from your training history, so you can carry on without doing the maths yourself. Also in this update: your name and avatar can now be changed offline and sync later, and the app starts and signs in more reliably on weak connections.

Push notifications and complete offline mode — that's what this update is about. The app now sends you timely reminders: when your training plan is ready, when it's time to train, and when your subscription needs attention. Tap any notification and it takes you straight to the right screen — even from a cold start. Manage what you receive in Settings → Notifications. Offline mode is now complete across the entire app. Training plans, exercise history, sign-in, and promo codes all stay available without a connection and sync automatically the moment you reconnect. Other improvements: login is more resilient on unstable networks, chat messages appear in the correct chronological order, and RevenueCat subscriptions are now accessible from Russia.

This release is all about reliability — especially when your connection is shaky or absent. We rebuilt how workouts and training plans behave offline. Your sets, edits, and deletions now stay consistent across app restarts and reconnections. No more lost reps. No more deleted plans coming back to life. Loading screens, pull-to-refresh, and offline plan generation now keep you informed while the app catches up. We also smoothed out chat behavior on long AI replies and fixed broken links on the Spanish landing page. Train with confidence — even when the signal isn't there.

Your AI trainer picked up 4 new languages — German, Spanish, French, and Ukrainian. Motivation sounds great in any language, right? Oh, and workouts now work offline, the app starts faster, every tap has a satisfying haptic punch, and we fixed bugs that were definitely skipping leg day.
