This version primarily focuses on UI enhancements and introduces new entry points to third-party services. All finance-related processes continue to be handled entirely by licensed partners. HoyaPay provides information display and user redirection only, and does not execute, process, or facilitate any financial transactions, pricing, clearing, or settlement activities within the app. Key Updates in This Release 1. UI and User Experience Improvements Improved homepage hierarchy, asset viewing experience, and feature navigation. 2. Virtual USD Account Display (Powered by Bridge) Users can view the status and information of a virtual USD account issued by third-party partner banks. All account review and fund flow processes are handled independently by Bridge and its partner banks. HoyaPay is not involved. 3. New Buy and Sell Entry Points Users are redirected via an external browser to licensed third-party payment providers (e.g., AlchemyPay, Unlimit, Onramp.money). All payments, KYC, exchange rates, and settlement are executed by the third parties. HoyaPay does not participate in any part of the transaction process. 4. USDH Utility Token Display USDH is displayed only for card issuance fee discounts and service fee deductions. It is not intended for investment or income purposes. The app does not provide trading, pricing, buying, or selling functions for USDH. 5. Internal Transfers via Email or Phone Number This feature is used only for address mapping and interface display. Actual crypto transfers are custody-managed and executed by Fireblocks using MPC technology. 6. Updated Virtual Card Issuance BIN (Provided by Interlace) The card network has been changed from Visa to Mastercard. Compliance and Platform Positioning Statement • HoyaPay is not a financial institution and does not provide financial services or handle user funds. • All sensitive data, identity verification, and payment processing are handled by licensed third-party providers. • The app does not offer mining, exchange services, leverage, or any other restricted financial activities.
