Effortless Headache & Migraine Tracking
Take control of your headache patterns with ease. Headaches simplifies tracking by using Live Activities on iPhone and Apple Watch, so you never forget to end tracking after an attack subsides. Record headaches hands-free with Siri—no need to navigate your phone during a migraine. With support for Shortcuts, you can create personal shortcuts and automations, making headache and migraine tracking as painless as possible. You can even start or end tracking straight from Control Center.
Track every clue and keep it all in one place. Log symptoms and triggers—neck pain, nausea, vertigo, fatigue, even bad-weather days—right alongside each attack, then tap Connect to Apple Health to sync your entries securely to the Health app's Headache category only. From there, you'll see headaches next to sleep, exercise and medications, so spotting patterns (and sharing them with your doctor) is easier than ever.
Your history stays with you, too. Attacks, symptoms and notes sync across your devices over iCloud, so nothing is lost when you switch to a new iPhone—and there's nothing to set up.
I love how simple this app is. Very easy and quick to log an attack. No subscription needed!Would love for it to have options for medication.
Best migraine app!!!!!

I have a serious TBI for several years which is severe. I went through a different neurologist psychiatrist, and we couldn’t find the right app because each time you have a pain attack they ask you to fill out tax return how stupid It’s so dumb. I spent several hundred dollars on other apps and this app is the best simple and easy to send a report to your doctor or anybody else of all your ups and downs.

Thanks! That's exactly why the app exists. Appreciate the review!
Great app, excellent support!

I love this app. It’s very simple, allows me to add symptoms, and track how often and how long my migraines are. It’s very helpful with my new migraine medicine, so I can see how it’s working!I’d love to see an option for adding medication taken to try and relieve a migraine, but I just add them to the symptoms and that works just as well.

I can't look at my phone during migraine, so it's great to use Siri
Headaches now syncs with iCloud. Your attacks, symptoms and notes stay up to date across your iPhone and iPad automatically, and they're backed up. Your existing history moves over on first launch, nothing to set up.
You can also add an Attack Tracking button to Control Center to start or end tracking without opening the app.
Siri and Shortcuts are much more reliable. They now work instantly from a cold start and always read your real history. Live Activities no longer restart or linger. Plus fixes for duplicate attacks, lost edits while filtering, and time zones on attacks imported from Apple Health.
