How to Use:
Select the Two Videos You Want to Compare
Choose the two videos where you want to check differences in form or movement.
Use the Frame-by-Frame Feature to Align Timing
The app includes a frame-by-frame feature, allowing you to play, pause, and make fine adjustments on each frame to align the key moments you wish to compare closely.
Simultaneous Playback for Side-by-Side Comparison
Once the timing is aligned, use the simultaneous playback button to play both videos at once. This lets you observe real-time differences in movement. You can also play or pause each video independently.
