It’s lacking the ability to scan a ticket barcode to check if the ticket is a winner. The current scanning feature is antiquated and inadequate. It’s actually laughable that in this day and age an institution with as much revenue as the Florida state lottery hasn’t developed their app to meet customer expectations.

This app does NOTHING of any value that you can’t do just by looking up the numbers on the website. The SCANNING feature does NOT SCAN ANYTHING like the barcode. INSTEAD, it poorly attempts to READ the NUMBERS on the ticket, and it can’t even read them all, so you have to manually enter them. In order to ‘SAVE’ tickets, you have to create an account, which is pointless, because it doesn’t let you actually name the tickets. Whatever name you select for a ticket will be deleted and a random default like ‘A’ entered for your first one; Then ‘unnamed ticket’ will be chosen. NOTHING on the app is intuitive - after you save your tickets you can’t find them unless you click on any of the drawing winning numbers and then, all your bogus named tickets will be listed there regardless of whether they relate to that game or not. This app is UTTER GARBAGE!!!

Quality SME
This app is beyond useless. It’s nothing more than an optical scanner that will store your numbers for you. I don’t need to store our numbers. I need to check the results and that’s what it should be doing. Total garbage!
