New: The Apple Watch app has been specifically optimized, particularly in terms of display and foreground behavior, so monitoring works more reliably and consistently in critical situations. The internal logic has also been further refined to ensure seamless interaction between iPhone and Watch. The previously introduced Anchor Weather with 12-hour forecast on iPhone remains fully integrated and supports a clear and structured assessment of conditions at the anchorage. The update also includes minor improvements to stability and performance.

New: Anchor Weather with a 12-hour forecast and detailed wind data, a wind overlay directly in the map for better assessment when choosing an anchorage, optimized display of anchorages in the map, GPS status information by tapping the coordinates, and improved scrolling with overall smoother performance.

Improvements for reliable use on board. Layout and operation have been adjusted in several areas.

• Mirror mode: An anchor watch can now mirror its status to additional devices. • Apple Watch app: Anchor status directly on your wrist – including alarms. • Live status: Active anchor watch visible in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen. • Anchor management: Structure, performance, and overall clarity significantly improved. • Integrated forum: Exchange, questions, and experiences directly within the app. • Profiles & ranks: Active users earn visible experience levels. • Various improvements and bug fixes.

You can now rate your anchor spots with 1-5 stars. The star rating can be shared with the community and is displayed in all relevant places, making it easier to find the best anchor spots. Older devices like the iPhone SE are now properly supported. Please note that the app is new, and community anchor spots still need to be created by us.

This version includes minor bug fixes and layout improvements for a better user experience.
