This is a great app for recording chess games but I have a few things it could do better on. 1, A way to edit notes and annotations would be great. 2, not sure how to do this but it is a little hard to keep up with the game on the phone while playing in real life, maybe a way to speak the moves ( there would be a button you hold down to speak the move that happpnd).
Hi! Thanks so much for taking the time to write this thoughtful review. I really appreciate it!Regarding editing notes and annotations: this is already possible. You can tap on any existing note to edit it. That said, if this wasn’t obvious, that’s on me. The flow should feel intuitive. I’d genuinely love to hear how you expected this feature to work. Were you looking for an “Edit” button, a long-press action, or something else? Your feedback would really help me improve this for everyone. As for voice input: believe it or not, I've been playing around with that idea for quite a while. There are still a number of things I need to explore more in depth. I think it’s a great idea, but also a tough one to get right. Just know that I’m working on it!Please bear with me though. I’m building Chess Log in my spare time, and getting features like this right takes a bit of time. I truly appreciate the patience and support. If you have any other ideas or run into any issues, feel free to reach out anytime at feedback@chesslog.app.
