Subscription auto-renews unless canceled in accordance with the platform’s policies. Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase.
I had the best experience with Notelfow until recently that it changed owners. I had a paid premium yearly account, and now it will only let me create account and says I can’t because I have an existing account (the one I paid with!!!) but there’s no option to LOG IN. I don’t want to create a new account, I want to log in to my existing premium account! I’ve tried emailing the company but had no response. AVOID!

Does not work consistently

This app that I paid $70 for doesn’t work consistently and has caused me to lose important work notes. I can’t figure out what causes it to randomly stop recording. Even when I keep checking every few minutes to make sure it’s still recording then when I go to process the recording it tells me it doesn’t support this language when everyone in the meeting is speaking English. I have tried to email the support email and it bounces back as undeliverable. Their website also does not work as in does not really exist. It’s there but nothing else. No options or menus to try to get help with my problems. Don’t take the chance to sign up for the free 7 day trial. It worked those days and after that it has been inconsistent at best. Today it didn’t work at all for any of my meetings. It seemed like it was recording and then wouldn’t process the summary. I would like a refund. Super disappointing. Did the company go out of business?

Listen, I think it’s fine if you want to charge for your app. Honestly, it’s a pretty good one, but unfortunately, for the people who rarely use it, it’s absolutely not worth six dollars a week. Since you acquired it from the previous software developer, you have made it extremely difficult to get old summaries that I already had there regardless of continuing to use your app. For this one reason I’m out.It would’ve been nice if you would have sent a note to say not only that you had acquired the application, but that you intended to change it to a pay only application, and that existing users should get their data out of your app if they didn’t want to convert to a $24 a month subscription. A three day free trial does not count as Freemium.Too bad you destroyed this once really good app.

This app is great in concept. The transcription is pretty bad. It repeats a lot of words even if they weren’t spoken. There is no way to quickly delete old recordings. You have to go into each one. The ability to export the transcript to a pdf stopped working. Reaching out for support is difficult. The email address is buried in the FAQ section. There is no direct link to email them. This app has so much potential but it needs a lot of work!Update: I have the latest version and the transcript export still doesn’t work. I also sent an email but have not received anything back. I can’t understand why you wouldn’t fix the app. What kind of business model is this to get a customer for one year then lose the customer due to poor performance and support? It’s a good way to go out of business.
