We need the ability to attach pictures to the chat within a trade. This would allow proof that the correct card is sent as agreed. The chat feature is nice but would be so much better with the ability to send an image. The app is helpful. It takes a few trades to figure it out. We need the ability to suggest receipt of two low value cards for 1 high value card. We also need the ability to cancel all sent proposals at once instead of only one at a time. If these options were available, I’d likely pay to get rid of ads which are very disruptive when communicating during a trade.

Your app is great but now there is a bug or glitch that is interfering with collecting the energy rewards it takes me to the Apple Store and then wants me to add some new app then takes you to the game and you don’t get the energy. I hope you can fix this because your app is so helpful

Admin does not respond to any questions asked despite given my ample time to reply to messages. Declining comments for unknown reasons “those words are not allowed” without clarification or what “those” words are. Not responding to multiple people asking if there are issues and why we are getting 100+notifications in 5 minutes. But yet they can congratulate and welcome new members in the group while all this is going on. With that being said, the app is nice in that it allows you to trade stickers and keep up with the free energy offered without having to use another app that is working properly or digging through the Facebook page. Many people have deleted the app because of aforementioned problems. I want to come back and give a better rating but until then, 1 star it is.

I’ve already deleted the app once because it does not upload screenshots correctly. So after the new album release, I gave your team the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they fixed things and I installed it again NOPE!!! Still messed up!!! It will say I have seven of a card that I only have one of so I go to trade with these people and I don’t have the card that they want and then I feel awful because I have nothing to offer them. Fix whatever glitches because I’m deleting the app again. And I know that I can manually do the cards, but I’m not going back-and-forth between the game and the trading app to do that. It’s too much time it’s not even worth it because you only get two daily trades a day anyway.
