AgriPin puts your fields, your people, and your work on one shared map so everyone on the crew sees the same thing — without phone calls, group texts, or "follow that truck."
It's built for the farms where multiple people need to know what's going on at the same time: row crop operations, custom applicators, irrigation installers, livestock outfits, vineyards, and anyone running a seasonal crew.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Map your fields, gates, tanks, and storage as areas, lines, and points. Attach photos, notes, tags, and documents to anything.
Assign tasks tied to specific locations. Set priorities, due dates, reminders, and recurring schedules. Group related tasks together. Assignees see their work on the same map you're looking at.
Clock in and clock out with GPS context. Time entries log location breadcrumbs automatically so you can see where work happened, not just when.
Share live locations across the team. See where your crew is without calling them.
Sort and filter by labels, tags, status, priority, or distance from where you're standing.
WORKS OFFLINE
Cell coverage in the field is unreliable, so AgriPin doesn't depend on it. Create fields, assign tasks, log time, attach photos, and drop pins with no signal. Everything syncs automatically when you're back in coverage.
ROLES AND PERMISSIONS
Owner, Admin, Editor, and Viewer roles let you bring on seasonal hires without giving them admin privileges. Add and remove people as your crew changes through the season.
WEB DASHBOARD
Office staff can review timecards, manage seats, and handle account settings from a browser at agripin.io — no phone required.
