Record upcoming and completed shifts, standby, meals, leave, training and other duties. Clone shifts, convert rostered work to leave while preserving the original details, and quickly move between days and weeks.
• Runs and workings
Record train describers, locations, departure and arrival times, stopping patterns, notes and other run details. Save and Add Another makes entering multiple runs faster, while station and next-leg suggestions reduce repetitive entry.
• Live shift information
Keep important roster details close at hand with Live Activities, including your current shift and duty information.
• Home Screen widgets
See your Next Shift, Next 5 Days and On Duty information without opening the app.
• Siri, Shortcuts and Spotlight
Ask Siri about your next shift, check run counts, log supported information with Shortcuts, and find saved shifts and runs through Spotlight.
• Attachments
Import photos and PDFs directly into RunBuddy and attach diagrams, slips and other documents to the relevant shift or record.
• Short workings
Record short workings with supporting documents and retain a complete history of changes.
• Statistics
Explore your work by operator, month, hours, kilometres, corridors and more. Review combined totals across operators and distinguish observed travel from time actually worked at the controls.
• Leaderboard
Optionally compare kilometres worked with other participating crew. Leaderboard participation is completely opt-in.
• Multi-operator support
Keep records for multiple rail operators in the same app and switch between them easily. Statistics and filtering can be viewed separately for each operator or combined where appropriate.
• Smart railway data
RunBuddy includes line detection, route information, station selection and fleet recognition to make railway-specific data entry quicker and more useful.

RunBuddy does not require an account and contains no advertising. Your work diary remains yours.
