DayMap brings your projects, tasks, and calendar into one clear view — so you always know what to do next. Plan your week, then focus on today.
Most productivity apps make one thing easy. Some manage tasks. Others focus on projects, calendars, or notes. But real life doesn't fit into just one — your projects shape your schedule, and your schedule decides what you get done today. DayMap brings them together — one clear view of where you are, where you're headed, and what to do next:
• Capture ideas before they slip away
• Organize them into color-coded projects
• Schedule them on a built-in calendar
• Focus on today's next step
FEATURES
• Project board — clean, color-coded columns
• Tasks & subtasks — break big things into doable steps
• Built-in scheduler — drag a task onto the calendar to plan your week, or see everything ahead in Upcoming
• Notes & links — keep info (and tappable links) with any task or project
• Focus mode — see just what matters for a chosen day
• Quick capture — jot to your Inbox by keyboard or voice
• Contexts — group projects by area of life
• Print or share — a day, a week, or a whole project, as PDF or plain text
• On your Home Screen — a Today widget, plus Siri, Shortcuts, and Spotlight search
• Apple Watch — today's tasks on your wrist
DAYMAP PRO unlocks iCloud sync across Mac, iPad, iPhone & Apple Watch, calendar mirroring to Apple Calendar, recurring tasks, contexts, and unlimited projects. Free to start with up to 5 projects on one device.
Whether you're leading a business, serving in ministry, running a household, or building a side project — know where you are, see where you're headed, and choose your next step. One day at a time.

I was a long time raving fan of the old DayMap and was saddened when it was discontinued. I was thrilled to get the email saying it was back. DayMap’s difference is you plan from a weekly perspective and adjust on a daily basis. This bird’s eye view helps create order out of chaos, and the fact that all your projects and tasks are right in front of you on the same screen makes it easy to keep first things first. It’s a fabulous layout. Todd, the developer, is incredibly open and responsive to questions and feedback, and the subscription price is very reasonable.
My All Time Favorite App is Back and Better than Ever!
mediastor
DayMap has been life planning app for years. I was worried that I would have to change to a new app if I updated to a new OS as it was an old Intel app. What a great surprise to have it back and with lots of improvements to boot. I strongly recommend giving it a try, it is a real game changer in the ToDo list organizer space. Thank you to the Dev team for all the great work and new features.
Exactly How My Brain Thinks
BroQuesting
This is exactly how I have always wanted to plan my days. I just couldn’t find an app that would let me see it how I wanted to see it.
looks great - constant crashing
rnetter
looks great, crashes a lot, is way to price. I really like the idea of this app but with all the crashing it’s really unusable. I’d also like to see the font size to be changeable - mostly bigger would be great.
Dragging tasks is fast again
Moving a task to another day could make DayMap stop responding, especially with
a lot of tasks. It was doing far more work than it needed to every time you
dropped one. Nothing was ever lost - the move was always saved before the app
stalled - but it should now stay responsive however much you drag.
Calendar switches explain themselves
The two calendar options could switch themselves back off without saying why.
Three different things cause that, and DayMap now tells you which one, with a
button that takes you to the right place in System Settings.
