Exporting all data from Drivelog to a csv is now possible again.

In the previous version there were some problems with saving vehicles to a trip. This is resolved in this update.

For this update we changed a lot of things, yet most of them are under the bonnet. These are things like: - Better layout for the pdf export - Option to add vehicles - Better naming - Section about the requirements for logging. Some missing translations are now correctly filled.

In the previous version of DriveLog, there was a problem when the current month has les distance then the previous month. In this case an extra "-" was displayed. This is resolved in this update.
