This app has put my wellness journey front and center where it deserves to be! I love all the different coaches, each with their specific perspectives and regular educational talks! The “Turtle power” is especially important to me since I can get overwhelmed and paralyzed! This keeps me moving forward in a steady consistent manner with small doable daily steps! There is so much helpful content in this app it is able to meet a wide variety of needs since we are each unique individuals!

I’ve been a member of Inner Circle Wellness for years and this app has taken it to the next level. It’s so much easier to access everything at the touch of an icon. I check the community section regularly, which keeps the rest of the content top of mind. I’ve been taking advantage of everything offered so much more since the app launched. Which is great, because my word for the year is Action. I’m making changes and making progress!

I love that everything I’m looking for to improve my health and wellness journey can be located in one easy to use app that houses a community of like minded people offering support, encouragement and friendship. This app has everything from meditation, recipes, exercise for various needs at various levels, daily habit tracker, coaching and so much more. What a wonderful helpful tool to come back to daily.
